Welcome to p9777 (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and p9777 governing your access to and use of the Platform and all associated services, features, content and functionality.

The Platform is operated as an English-language online betting and casino information service directed primarily at users in Pakistan — including those located in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. By accessing the Platform, creating an account or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of p9777 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on p9777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from p9777 or any affiliated platform, whether through self-exclusion or operator-initiated closure.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of p9777 or any associated operator entity.
• Accessing and using the Platform is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction. Pakistani users should refer to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable legislation. p9777 does not provide legal advice.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

To use the Platform's betting and casino services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

Each user is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password at all times.
• All activity that occurs under your Account credentials, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying p9777 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• Ensuring that your Account details, including your name, date of birth, address and payment information, remain accurate and up to date.

p9777 will never contact you to request your Account password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

Deposits to your p9777 Account are processed in PKR where available. The Platform references familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual examples of locally recognised payment rails. p9777 makes no representation that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with this Platform. Actual payment method availability is determined by the applicable operator and is subject to change.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• p9777 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which p9777 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation from the payment processor. Processing times vary by method and provider.
• p9777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit where fraud, money laundering or terms violation is suspected.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your Account has passed KYC verification. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests on p9777:

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. p9777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any active Bonus Funds or wagering requirements attached to your Balance must be fully satisfied before the corresponding funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method and Account verification status.
• Standard withdrawal processing times range from same-day to five business days depending on the selected method. These timelines represent estimates and are not guaranteed.
• p9777 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request, including requests for source-of-funds documentation, without prior notice.
• In the event that a withdrawal is requested and a chargeback, reversal or dispute is subsequently raised against a related deposit, p9777 reserves the right to freeze the withdrawal and investigate.

p9777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which must be read alongside these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses on p9777 include:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus offers carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiple (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per User: Each user is entitled to claim each promotion only once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through multiple Accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games and certain other products may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Minimum Odds / Bet Size: Some sports betting promotions require bets to be placed at minimum odds thresholds. Bets placed below the stated minimum odds will not count towards wagering requirements for that promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: p9777 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets to reduce risk while clearing wagering requirements, exploiting errors in bonus terms, or coordinating with other users. Accounts found to have abused bonuses are subject to stake restrictions, bonus cancellation and permanent closure.

All bets placed on p9777 are subject to the Platform's betting rules as published at the time the bet is accepted. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that market.

• Bet Acceptance: p9777 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including during high-traffic periods such as PSL finals, ICC knockout matches or major football fixtures, without being required to provide a reason.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided where: an event is abandoned or postponed beyond the stated settlement window; a market is settled in error; palpably incorrect odds were offered; or technical errors affected the display of odds or markets.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to data feed latency. A brief delay exists between real-world events and odds updates. p9777 reserves the right to void any in-play bet where it can be demonstrated that the bet was placed after the relevant event outcome was already determined.
• Maximum Payouts: Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply and are displayed within the relevant market. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout will be reduced to the applicable limit.
• Cricket & PSL Markets: For Pakistan cricket and PSL betting markets, settlement follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). Matches abandoned due to weather or other external factors will be settled in accordance with the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method result where applicable, or voided if no official result is declared.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on p9777 and may result in immediate Account suspension, bet voiding, balance forfeiture and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or in the name of another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate bet outcomes, share information to gain an unfair advantage, or otherwise undermine the integrity of markets.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to place bets, exploit markets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Arbitrage & Matched Betting Abuse: Systematic exploitation of free bets, enhanced odds or promotions in a manner that constitutes abuse of the promotional system rather than genuine recreational betting.
• Fraud & Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to depositing funds derived from criminal activity, processing payments through third-party accounts or structuring transactions to evade detection.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access systems, data or Accounts other than your own; reverse-engineering the Platform; or introducing malicious code of any kind.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, falsifying documents during KYC, or misrepresenting your age, location or eligibility status.

p9777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of player protection tools designed to help users manage their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered users and can be activated through Account settings or by contacting support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period before your session is automatically paused.
• Time Limits: Set session duration alerts and automatic logouts to manage the time you spend on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once active, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gambling activity.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from p9777.
• Use any data scraping, crawling or extraction tools on the Platform without express written permission.
• Use the p9777 brand name, logo or trade marks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p9777 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
• Interruption of service due to technical failures, maintenance, third-party outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Errors in odds display, market settlement or balance calculations resulting from data feed failures or system errors, where such errors are corrected as soon as reasonably practicable.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform for the purpose of making gambling or financial decisions.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. You may close your Account by contacting p9777 support. We will process your closure request and return any eligible real-money balance following completion of applicable verification checks.

p9777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect, without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity.
• Your continued use of the Platform would expose p9777 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.
• You are identified as a Prohibited User as defined in these Terms.
• We are required to do so by a court order, regulatory directive or law enforcement request.

Upon termination for breach or prohibited conduct, p9777 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real-money balances will be returned subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation and applicable legal obligations.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p9777 is licensed and operated. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

Pakistani users are advised to familiarise themselves with the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable federal or provincial legislation. p9777 does not represent that online gambling is legal in Pakistan and does not constitute legal advice. If you are unsure about the legality of online gambling in your location, please seek independent legal counsel before using the Platform.

p9777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account, where applicable.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.
